At Catch & Cut, we’re all about great produce, cooked properly. Based in the heart of Falmouth, seafood is at the heart of what we do, with a passion for showcasing the incredible fish and shellfish found around our Cornish coast. But there’s another side to Catch & Cut too – quality cuts of meat, with carefully selected steaks taking their place alongside the day’s catch.
We believe great ingredients don’t need to be overcomplicated. Our approach is simple: source the best produce we can, treat it with care and let the flavour do the talking. From fresh Cornish fish and shellfish to beautifully aged or carefully selected cuts of beef, everything starts with quality.
We work closely with local fishermen and trusted suppliers wherever possible, choosing responsibly sourced seafood and celebrating the variety that our waters have to offer. What lands on the counter can change with the seasons, the weather and the catch – and that’s exactly how we like it.
Whether you’re here for the freshest catch from the Cornish coast, a perfectly cooked steak, or simply good food and a relaxed Falmouth welcome, Catch & Cut is about great produce, cooked with care and served with plenty of passion.
Fresh from the coast. Quality cuts. Cooked with passion.
