We source quality local Cornish ingredients wherever possible, and we are proud of doing so. We think you can tast the difference. Eat in with a view of Mounts Bay or take out walking along the prom, with your favourite traditioanl fish and chips serve how you like them. Battered, grilled with chips or salad or even a bit of both, we are happy to oblige.
It hasn’t just happened we have been refining our menu, cooking techniques and ingredients for the past decade in our shop in Falmouth, the award winning Harbour Lights.
Whether you choose to eat in or takeaway our commitment is to share with you the best of the best. We only serve you the highest quality and responsibly sourced produce. We always have a variety of Cornish Fish on the menu each day and the favourites of cod, haddock and plaice all have MSC certification.
This fish and chip shop is totally revamped but what we do is wonderfully familiar. The best comfort food whether it’s served in our new restaurant or out of the box while perched on the beach, walking down the prom or sat at home in front of the fire. With friends, on a special occasion, just because it’s fish & chip Friday, or as a family day out we hope Fraser’s Fish & Chips hits the spot.
Fraser’s are proud to introduce permanently available gluten free fish & chips. We have made the significant investment into our kitchen to ensure we can genuinely say our fish & chips are gluten free. Gluten free batter is available, but just as importantly we have a separate cooking process to ensure there is no gluten contamination. We are so pleased to be able to offer the nation’s favourite dish in true gluten free form to Fraser’s Penzance.
