My Fish Kitchen is a project set up by Annie Seabourne, who worked as a fishmonger in Cornwall for 25 years. Through that work Annie found that many people love eating Cornish fish but have no idea how to cook it.
Annie's courses, based in the picturesque village of Mawnan Smith near Falmouth, will teach you all you need to know from understanding what to look for when buying fish, how to prepare (filleting, skinning, deboning etc.) and how to cook to perfection.
When cooking fish it is often a case of the simpler the better. Annie's aim is to take the confusion away and give you the confidence to enjoy some of the finest fish in the world - right here on your doorstep in Cornwall!
Cornwall Good Seafood Guide is underpinned by the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) Good Fish Guide. The first UK consumer guide to sustainable seafood. For more information visit www.fishonline.org
